Hot-Milk Sponge Cake
このホットミルクケーキは見た目よりもかなり美味しい。カステラをもうちょっとしっとりとさせた感じ。
あまりにも美味しく、ジョンが一気に食べてしまいました。＾＾
Add the following into a mixing bowl, and mix:

1 cup flour

1 teaspoon baking soda
Add the following into a separate bowl, and mix with electric mixer on high speed for 8 minutes.
Add the following into a small saucepan heat ant stir till butter melt.

1/2 cup milk

2 tablespoons butter

Mix everything together with a mixer on low to medium speed just till combined.

Place mixture into baking pan.

Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.
